Summary
This study looks back at 10 years of medical records to compare different surgical techniques used to cure pilonidal sinus disease in children. It aims to find which surgery works best to heal the wound completely and prevent the painful condition from coming back. The results will help doctors choose the most effective treatment for future young patients.
