Science tests which Post-Match recovery works best for athletes

NCT ID NCT07305506

Summary

This study compared three common recovery methods—foam rolling, static stretching, and passive rest—to see which helps wrestlers bounce back fastest between matches. Sixteen national-level wrestlers tried all three methods on different days while researchers measured their heart activity, blood pressure, and jump performance. The goal was to provide athletes and coaches with evidence about which quick recovery strategy works best during competitions.
