Summary
This study aims to find the most effective pain relief method for adults 65 and older undergoing hip surgery. Researchers are comparing three different versions of a targeted nerve block to see which one provides the longest-lasting pain relief with the fewest side effects. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably while reducing their need for strong opioid painkillers.
