Study seeks best Pain-Free path to walking after hip surgery

Summary
This study aims to find the best method for managing pain after hip replacement surgery. It will compare three different nerve-blocking techniques in 93 older adults to see which one provides the most pain relief while best preserving leg muscle strength. The goal is to help patients recover faster with less pain and need for strong painkillers after their operation.
