Summary
This study looks at 500 adults in the emergency room with dangerously low oxygen levels. It compares two non-invasive breathing supports: a pressurized face mask and high-flow nasal oxygen. The goal is to see which method improves survival, reduces time on a breathing machine, and shortens oxygen therapy.
