Boxing vs. cycling vs. therapy: the fight for better Parkinson's care

Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise is most helpful for people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare supervised programs of non-contact boxing, guided cycling, and traditional physical therapy over 8 weeks. They will measure how each program affects participants' movement, balance, fitness, and quality of life, as well as certain health markers in the blood.
