NCT ID NCT07470450

Summary

This study aimed to find the most effective type of strength training for lowering blood pressure in people already taking medication for hypertension. Researchers compared three different 8-week exercise programs—dynamic, isometric, and a combination of both—in 60 middle-aged, sedentary adults. They measured 24-hour blood pressure and other health markers to see which method worked best.
