Summary
This study aimed to identify which parts of digital insomnia therapy work best alone or in combination. Researchers tested five different treatment components in a smartphone/web app with 489 adults experiencing chronic insomnia. The goal was to find the most effective mix of sleep improvement techniques to create better digital treatments for sleep problems.
