Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective number of steroid (dexamethasone) doses to give around the time of knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare giving one, two, or three doses to see which best reduces pain, cuts down on the need for strong opioid painkillers, and minimizes side effects like nausea after surgery. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably with fewer complications.
