Summary
This study aims to find the safest time to deliver babies diagnosed with gastroschisis, a condition where the intestines develop outside the body. Researchers are comparing two approaches: planned delivery at 35 weeks of pregnancy versus waiting until 38 weeks. The goal is to see which timing leads to fewer serious problems like stillbirth, newborn death, breathing issues, or feeding difficulties.
