Race to find best breathing method for critically ill kids

Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of body position and breathing machine settings for children with severe, life-threatening lung failure (called PARDS). It will test whether lying face down (prone) or using a special vibrating ventilator (HFOV) helps children spend more days off the breathing machine compared to standard care. The goal is to improve survival and recovery for these critically ill children.
