Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common blood pressure medications works better for women who develop high blood pressure after giving birth. Researchers will compare oral nifedipine versus oral labetalol in 500 postpartum women. The goal is to determine which medication better controls blood pressure and reduces complications after delivery.
