Blood clot patients on heart drugs: which combo is safest?

Summary
This study looks at people who have a blood clot (venous thromboembolism) and also take antiplatelet drugs for heart or stroke prevention. The goal is to find the best combination of blood thinners that prevents more clots without causing dangerous bleeding. About 1,400 participants will be followed to compare bleeding risks and overall benefits.
