Summary
This study looked at whether a relaxation technique called Benson's relaxation exercise could help people who had total knee replacement surgery feel less anxious and less afraid of moving their new knee. 64 patients took part. The results showed that doing this simple relaxation exercise may help lower anxiety and reduce fear of movement after surgery.
