Summary
This study tests a device called Barostim that stimulates nerves in the neck to help the body better control heart failure. It involves 2,500 adults with moderate heart failure who still have symptoms despite standard medications. The goal is to see if the device reduces deaths and serious heart-related events compared to usual care alone.
