Summary

This study compares two different doses of the blood thinner bemiparin to see which works better at preventing dangerous blood clots after surgery in people with severe obesity (BMI 40 or higher). About 2400 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two dosing regimens. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to reduce clot risk in this high-risk group.
