Summary

This study tests a drug called belumosudil in children aged 1 to 18 who have moderate-to-severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. The disease has not improved with at least two prior treatments. The goal is to find the right dose and see if the drug can safely control the condition. About 37 children will take part.
