Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called BELL-001 that plays calming sounds timed to your breathing to help you fall asleep. Forty adults with insomnia will use the app for 12 weeks. Researchers will track sleep quality, mood, and safety to see if this drug-free approach works long-term.
