First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at how well the drug belimumab works in everyday medical practice for adults with active lupus nephritis, a kidney disease caused by lupus. Researchers will follow about 300 people for up to 5 years to see if their kidney function stays stable and if they avoid needing dialysis or a kidney transplant. The goal is to understand if belimumab helps control the disease long-term.
