NCT ID NCT06110091
Summary
This study is testing whether a combined behavioral therapy program can help older adults who wake up multiple times at night to urinate and also have trouble sleeping. Researchers will compare this special therapy to a general health education program. The goal is to see if treating both problems together improves quality of life more effectively.
