New culturally tailored therapy tested to ease depression
NCT ID NCT07120893
Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if a brief, culturally adapted form of talk therapy is acceptable and practical for treating adults with depression in primary care clinics. The study will enroll 12 participants to receive three individual therapy sessions. Researchers will gather feedback from both patients and therapists to understand if this approach is a good fit before planning a larger trial.
