Summary
This study tested a behavioral sleep program called 'SLEEPexpert' for psychiatric inpatients struggling with insomnia. The program teaches patients skills to manage their own sleep, aiming to reduce reliance on sleep medications and improve overall mental health. It was compared against standard hospital care plus simple sleep tracking in a small group of 68 participants.
