Summary

This study is testing a counseling program designed to help young people reduce their stimulant drug use and lower their risk of getting or spreading HIV. It will involve 360 participants aged 16-24 who report having condomless sex while using stimulants. The program includes 10 video sessions focused on changing behaviors and managing risks, compared to a simpler 2-session standard counseling approach.
