Summary
This study aims to find out if it's practical for people with Alzheimer's disease to drink beetroot juice twice a day for one week. Researchers will check if participants can stick to the routine and if it causes any side effects. They will also measure if the juice leads to any changes in thinking skills, heart health, or general well-being.
