Summary
This study is testing whether a single dose of beetroot extract can help older women with high blood pressure during exercise. Researchers want to see if the supplement lowers exercise-related blood pressure spikes and improves oxygen delivery to muscles. Twenty women aged 60-70 will take the supplement and complete an aerobic exercise session while their vital signs are monitored.
