Surgery for narrowed urethra shows promise in stopping bedwetting

NCT ID NCT07424651

Summary

This study looked at whether a narrowed urethra opening (meatal stenosis) is linked to bedwetting in boys aged 7-12. Researchers followed 400 boys with bedwetting to see if they had this narrowing. They found that surgery to widen the opening helped many children stop wetting the bed.
