New hope for dry nights: Two-Drug combo takes on childhood bedwetting
NCT ID NCT07199894
Summary
This study aims to see if a new combination of two medicines (mirabegron and solifenacin) works better than the standard single medicine (desmopressin) to help children with bedwetting. Researchers will enroll 120 children who wet the bed at night but have no other daytime bladder problems. Participants will take either the new combination or the standard medicine daily for three months while tracking their wet nights to see which treatment is more effective and safer.
