Parents armed with medical notes spot hospital safety issues for kids
NCT ID NCT06722378
Summary
This study is testing a new tool to help parents of hospitalized children. Parents are randomly assigned to either use a bedside tablet to read their child's medical notes or follow usual care. Researchers want to see if having this information helps parents get more involved and identify potential safety concerns, which could lead to better and safer hospital stays for kids.
