Summary
This study tests whether giving a new drug (becotatug vedotin) alone or with immunotherapy before surgery can shrink tumors in people with advanced head and neck cancer. About 120 adults who have not had prior treatment will receive the drugs before their planned surgery. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely or shrinks significantly after treatment.
