Summary

This study tests whether giving a new drug (becotatug vedotin) alone or with immune-boosting drugs before surgery can shrink tumors in people with advanced head and neck cancer. About 120 adults aged 18-70 who have not had prior treatment will take part. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely after treatment.
