New drug cocktail aims to shrink head and neck tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving a new drug (becotatug vedotin) alone or with immunotherapy before surgery can help shrink advanced head and neck cancer. About 120 adults with resectable tumors will receive the treatment and then have surgery. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely after the drug treatment.
