NCT ID NCT07522879

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (becotatug vedotin and epirubicin) can shrink a rare type of sinus cancer that has come back and cannot be surgically removed. About 40 adults with EGFR-positive adenoid cystic carcinoma will receive the treatment to see if it makes the tumor small enough for surgery or helps control the disease. The goal is to improve outcomes for people with this difficult-to-treat cancer.
