NCT ID NCT07282418
Summary
This study is testing if encouraging recreational activities like hobbies, games, and social events can help people replace unhealthy habits that lead to heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will first observe 120 adults to understand their daily choices, then some will be invited to try a 6-month program promoting fun activities. The goal is to see if making enjoyable alternatives more accessible helps people naturally choose healthier behaviors.
