NCT ID NCT06623994
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether sharing epilepsy care tasks with trained non-specialists, supported by an electronic medical records system, helps people in western Kenya take their medication regularly and stay in care. About 650 people with epilepsy who are not currently taking their medication as prescribed will take part. The goal is to improve treatment adherence and follow-up, not to cure epilepsy.
