First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested a program called Be Well Care Well, designed to help preschool teachers reduce stress and be more active. 244 teachers took part in activities during their workday. Researchers measured changes in stress levels and resilience using surveys, and also checked if it was possible to collect stress hormone samples. The goal was to see if supporting teacher well-being could improve their health and potentially benefit the children they teach.
