New cell therapy trial hopes to control myeloma in young patients

Summary

This study tests a treatment called BCMA-CART, sometimes combined with a stem cell transplant, in young adults (18-55) newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if it can make the cancer disappear or stay away longer. About 50 people will take part, and researchers will check safety and how well the treatment works.
