First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study explores whether combining brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) with magnetic brain stimulation can help people with chronic stroke regain arm movement. About 50 participants who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and have limited arm function will test personalized BCI systems. The goal is to make BCIs more reliable and effective for motor rehabilitation.
