Summary
This study tests whether taking branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) twice a day for 21 days can improve sleep in people with traumatic brain injury. Researchers will enroll 300 veterans and community members, randomly assigning them to receive BCAAs or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplement is easy to take and helps with sleep quality, pain, and thinking.
