New stroke drug enters Mid-Stage human testing

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BB-031 for people who have just had a stroke caused by a blood clot. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 228 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo and be monitored for 90 days.
