Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, BAY 3547926, that delivers a small amount of radiation directly to liver cancer cells. It is for people with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that has a specific protein called GPC3. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors, either alone or with other treatments. About 148 participants will take part in this first-in-human study.
