First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, BAY 3389934, in up to 16 healthy Japanese adults aged 18-55. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body handles it at different doses. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo by IV infusion and are closely monitored for side effects. Results will help plan future studies for patients with a dangerous blood clotting problem caused by sepsis.
