Shocking approach: giving testosterone to fight prostate cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to bones and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. Participants receive monthly testosterone injections along with a targeted radiation drug that goes to bone areas. The goal is to see if this unusual approach can slow cancer growth and improve quality of life for men who have limited treatment options.
