Summary
This study aimed to find the right dose and check the safety of the drug baricitinib for children aged 1 to 18 who were hospitalized with COVID-19. It was designed to see if the drug could help control the disease and prevent kids from needing more serious breathing support. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only 6 participants.
