Summary

This study aimed to see if baricitinib, a drug used for COVID-19 in adults, is safe and works well in children aged 1 to 17 who were hospitalized with COVID-19 and needed extra oxygen. Only 6 children took part before the study was stopped early. The main goals were to measure how the drug moves in the body and to check for side effects.
