Summary
This study tests whether an upgraded smartphone app helps people follow their bariatric surgery plan better than the standard app. About 200 adults having weight-loss surgery will use either the regular or an enhanced version of the "Get Ready" app. Researchers will track weight loss, dumping symptoms, quality of life, and supplement use to see if the app makes a real difference.
