First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new technique called BAO-G that uses special stents to repair complex aortic aneurysms (bulging blood vessels) in the chest and belly. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well over 5 years. About 60 adults with large aneurysms will take part. The approach avoids open surgery by using stents placed through blood vessels.
