Summary
This small study tested whether adding raw banana flour to muffins could help people with high blood pressure. Over 10 weeks, participants who ate the special muffins showed improvements in their weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. The muffins with 40% banana flour seemed to work best and were well-liked by taste testers.
