Gentle wireless monitor tested on tiniest babies
NCT ID NCT07061366
Summary
This study is observing how well a new, wireless monitor called the Bambi Belt works for extremely premature babies born before 26 weeks. It will be used on 15 infants during their first ten days of life to see if it's easy for nurses to use, if it's gentle on the baby's delicate skin, and what parents and nurses think of it. The study is only observing the use of this device; all other standard medical care for the babies remains the same.
