New heart procedure aims to cut blood thinner time for High-Risk patients

Summary
This study is observing how well a special balloon coated with medicine works to open small, blocked heart arteries in real-world patients. It also aims to see if a shorter course of blood-thinning medication (just 7 days) is safe for patients who have a high risk of bleeding. The study will follow about 500 patients for one year after their procedure.
