New balloon fights heart stent Re-Clogging

Summary
This study is testing whether a special balloon coated with a drug (paclitaxel) works better than a standard balloon to treat arteries that have narrowed again after a previous stent placement. About 600 patients with this condition, called in-stent restenosis, will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug-coated balloon or the standard treatment. The main goal is to see if the new balloon is safer and more effective at keeping the artery open one year after the procedure.
