Summary
This study tested two balance training methods—Wii Balance Board games and reactive balance exercises—in 60 children aged 6-10 with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Both groups also received standard physical therapy three times a week for eight weeks. The goal was to see which approach better improves balance and everyday functional skills like reaching and climbing stairs.
