Summary
This study looks at whether reactive balance training (responding to unexpected movements) or conventional balance training (standard exercises) works better for improving stability and quick direction changes in tennis players. About 64 competitive players aged 18-25 will take part in a 6-week program. The goal is to see which method boosts performance on the court.
